Lynette Seiter was born and raised in Salt Lake City. After earning a degree from Brigham Young University, she and her husband moved to American Fork where they raised nine children. When the youngest was five years old she began painting (something she had begun as a hobby while still in high school). Her favorite subjects are nature, epically gardens, and cityscapes. She and her husband relocated back to Salt Lake where she realized her dream of having her own gallery/studio.
