Ken Spencer is in such demand all over the world, so we are extremely lucky that his schedule allowed him to exhibit at the JSMB Christmas Season Art Showcase this year. Ken has traveled throughout the U.S as well as to France, Italy, Germany, England and the Czech Republic to paint on location and gather reference material to paint. He spent time in Paris, Brittany, Normandy, Florence, Venice, Tuscany and the Cinque Terre, Bavaria, Prague and Bohemia. Since 1993 Ken has been a Freelance Illustrator and his work is seen on many book covers as well as receiving numerous awards for his art. Commissions vary with Mural work for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Brigham Young University, Idaho,
Blackfoot Performing Arts Center, and many private commissions. His work is in numerous Museums, Magazines and Galleries. He also guest lectures and gives workshops.
